Reports directly to Project Controls Manager on all matters relating to information management

 Single point of contact for all stakeholders and accountable for Block B Gas Project IM and application deliverables.
 Ensure appropriate levels of engagement within Block B Gas Project team
 Responsible for managing IM vision of success, budget, planning and IM implementation and execution against budget and plans.
 Responsible for providing leadership and alignment across all delivery areas, including Contractor, project, and stakeholders.
 Support coordinators in deployment of IM systems, infrastructure, document and data processes.
 Responsible for adequate staffing to enable delivery on IM scope and that it is aligned with project timeline so as not to impact schedule
 Responsible as primary contact for all external engagements as associated with Block B Gas Project IM scope.
 Measure a team or project progress, compliance and performance against the Lifecycle IM Strategy
 Coordinate Interface meetings with the development and mobilisation of the Project Information Delivery Plan
 Instill CDE Culture, Processes, Procedures, Governance as per the Digital Delivery Template
 Coordinate and Cooperate with the Information Modelling delivery experts and leaders
 Support, training, mentoring, staff competency growth
 Support Whole Life Asset Management Strategy
 Demonstrate modern change control methods and compliance in balance with coordinated data drops


 BS in engineering preferred or equivalent experience

 10+ year experience on Oil and Gas projects

 Able to work unsupervised

 Able to assign workloads project DC Team's

 Clear concise communicator and experience in contract and claim resolution

 Excellent Microsoft Office and other 'desktop' applications skills

 Self-Motivated and ability to meet deadlines.

 Good English written and verbal communication skills
