Methodology - Our methodology is a combination of database search, utilisation of our own extensive network of candidates and clients worldwide. We will also engage our resourcing and research department to identify and make an initial approach to key targeted individuals, potentially coupled with an advertising assignment. Our methodology will create a campaign of real depth with multiple points of entry to the available candidate community.
We manage all the administration, preliminary face to face interviews and short listing on your behalf. The result of our work will be a screened shortlist of applicants who are a cultural and technical match with any role, from which you will be able to select preferred candidates.
