***Great opportunity in the Ross-Shire area for a Marine Operative***

Key Responsibilities:

  • To man, operate and assist to maintain all Pilot vessels and marine craft.
  • To tie up, provide services and let go of vessels.
  • Undergo mooring training
  • To maintain premises, facilities and equipment.
  • General marine duties.
  • Any other duties which may be required from time to time in order to meet the needs of the business

Key Experience & Attribute Requirements:

  • Valid First Aid Certificate
  • Valid Medical (i.e. ML5, ENG1)
  • Ability to undertake physically demanding duties of the role (i.e. lifting, bending)
  • Health, Safety & Environmental Awareness
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Plant Qualification desirable (Telehandler, forklift, MEWP)
  • Previous experience working at Ports, Docks, Harbours or in an offshore environment
