Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Administrator, based in Aberdeen

Responsibilities will include:

Work in the all the functions to optimize the value of the assets.

Ensure optimal coordination between JV partners and the company.

Coordinate meetings with JV partners; ensure JOA compliance; act as secretary for the meetings.

Ensure good relationship with partners in the licenses and other operators in the area.

Coordinate the formal approval processes within JV's and provides relevant information.

Align Operations, Exploration, Business Development, technical studies, development, and modification projects with Area business drivers.

Deliver and /or contribute to internal and external (JV partners) presentations and reports.

Take an active role in commercial activities; either in the operational player for existing agreements or in helping shape new agreements in collaboration with the Commercial Advisors

Qualifications & Experience

Relevant BSc/MSc degree.

Extensive experience from a relevant field/ discipline and progressive leadership.

Knowledge of the specialist area, the E&P business and Oil & Gas industry.

Demonstrable interpersonal skills (both in motivating employees and influencing stakeholders).

Proven communication- and organisation skills.

Contract position - Maternity cover 9 to 12 months
