Credit Control professional is required for a luxury/niche retailer based in beautiful offices in the heart of Windsor

The purpose of the role is to maintain a clean and current debtors ledger whilst ensuring the highest level of customer care, representing and presenting the company in the best possible manner.

This high end retailer is seeking an articulate and professional Credit Controller, who is compassionate and understanding for both the employer and their clients.

Duties:

* Ensure all debts are collected
* Review AR ageing to ensure customers accounts are reconciled and payments allocated
* Reviewing and releasing new orders automatically
* Reports and performing credit views on all new customers
* Monitoring and updating daily exchange rates
* Keeping up to date on projected cash allocation forecast
* General administrative duties
* Liaising with various members of the team, finance/sales/credit insurers
* Knowledge of SAP or similar systems
* Experienced in Excel/ Word
