Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Shutdown planner, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* Generation of Shutdown and Unit Outage Plans for the company's Shutdown Team
* Focal point within the Shutdown Team supporting the company's Integrated Asset Planning Process. This process includes the following key activities:
o 90 Day plan review in conjunction with the Asset Planner
o Support the Activity owner in identifying risks to execution within the wider IAP.
o For all approved changes, update the Primavera Identifiers and record notes.
* Ensuring the accuracy of the Maintenance Management Tool (Maximo) to produce workable plans
* Chairing and attending the following meetings:
o Shutdown Planning Meetings
o 90 Day planning meeting
o 12m + planning meeting
* Ensure update of shutdown activity out with the company's management tools is gathered and validated prior to reporting progress in Primavera P6
* Provide planning input to onshore shutdown meetings & work scope review sessions
* Provide daily progress updates during shutdown execution phase
* Set up and administer a shutdown learning points database, and ensure lateral learning input from other databases
