Job Description:
As a Senior Technical Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our recruitment agency. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent technical positions within our client companies. You will collaborate closely with clients and candidates to understand their requirements and match them effectively, ensuring exceptional quality placements. Additionally, you will utilize your extensive industry knowledge and network to proactively source and attract top-tier technical talent.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor in their talent acquisition initiatives.
3. Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to identify and attract high-quality technical candidates.
4. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
6. Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, acting as a reliable point of contact.
7. Stay up-to-date with traditional and renewable industry trends and developments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the energy market and its demands.
8. Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to share knowledge, best practices, and foster a collaborative environment.
9. Contribute to business development activities by identifying new client opportunities and promoting our recruitment services.
10. Meet and exceed recruitment targets, consistently delivering high-quality placements and maintaining client satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the traditional or renewable energy sector.
2. Proven track record of successfully filling permanent roles across various industries.
3. Excellent knowledge of technical skills, job functions, and industry trends within the energy sector.
4. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and candidates.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal English.
6. Demonstrated ability to perform well in a target-driven environment.
7. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
8. Self-motivated and highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
9. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
10. A bachelor's degree and or additional language skills are highly desirable.
