Job description

Location: Reading / Hybrid (60% Office/40% Home- MINIMUM)

As a Project Management, your main responsibilities would be to:

  • Managing projects with focus on Governance (compliance and reporting).
  • Management of project resources (people, money).
  • Leading the planning of the task/project.
  • Managing work as defined in the Work Authorisation Document (WAD).
  • Leading, supporting and initiate change against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
  • Leading, initiate and perform risk and opportunity identification and subsequent actions.

Essential:

  • Deliver assigned projects in accordance with requirements, operational constraints, time, cost and quality.
  • Leading, coaching and developing a team at a local level to deliver team and personal objectives safely and securely to meet our operational plans.
  • Maintaining and promoting high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player.
  • Strong Project Management background.
  • Strong characteristics- confidence, proactivity, able to challenge.

Desirable:

  • Project Management Qualifications.
  • Previous experience within similar setting.
