Project Engineer

Job Title - Project Engineer
Location - Speyside

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will look after fabrication projects for a variety of industries, predominantly the energy sector & distillation, at site from conception through to completion.
For distillation projects in particular, these will range from minor upgrades to existing plants to full turnkey new build distilleries.

Material requisitions
Project progress schedules
Client review meetings
Cost control
Monitoring of site progress
Managing subcontractors
Assisting site commissioning and project close out
Qualifications
College/University qualification in mechanical engineering preferred, but not essential
Experience
Previous experience in this line of project engineering work would be advantageous. A keen interest in distillation or the energy sector and/or experience of working in distilleries or the energy sector would be beneficial.
Skills
Ability to read, interpret and edit technical drawings, good communication skills.
