Job description

TO BE CONSIDERED CANDIDATES

Must be authorized to work in the US
Must have previous heavy-industrial construction experience
JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing daily construction activities of each assigned project to assure project completion in a safe, profitable, and quality manner
Ensure project rules, procedures and programs are followed consistently, including those involving safety, attendance, and workplace behavior standards as reflected in Company's non-harassment and nondiscrimination policies
Resolve employee conflicts and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 10 years' experience in the industrial construction market
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Pipe Supervisor
NCCER+ in Pipe (preferred)
Ability to lead multiple crews of up to 50 people
Experience coordinating subcontractor activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be computer literate and able to utilize Microsoft Office applications
