Operations Archiver / Production support Administrator

Contract length: 6 months initial

Location: Runcorn, UK

We at Orion Group are currently recruiting an Operations Archiver/Production support Administrator on behalf of one of our Multinational Pharmaceutical Clients to work on an initial 6-month contract.

  • Mon-Fri 9-5
  • 24 days plus Bank Holidays per year.

The role of archiver is required to perform the archiving activities for operations batch documentation, logbooks and other documentation generated by the department. This role requires a person with high attention to detail and a self-driven approach to ensure documentation is completed and is shipped in a timely manner to long term storage.

The individual will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Responsible for the completion of archiving documentation
  • Organisation of documents and communication with the archiving supplier for transit to long term storage
  • Ordering of supplies for archiving activities
  • Perform final GMP reviews of logbooks prior to storage and archiving
  • Track status of boxes recalled to site and ensure timely returns to Dataspace
  • Point of contact for site for the retrieval of boxes from Dataspace

and also

  • Organisation of the departmental training files and administration of the training tracker
  • Filing of completed training into the files
  • Liaise with CTL or Operation manager- highlighting potential training non-compliance
  • Putting the training records (ADRs) on stadium
  • Completing the training curriculum and assigning to Line managers
  • Liaise with the training manager and assistant to deliver training programme
