Machinist

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Machinist, based in Montrose.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Ability to read engineering drawings.
* Understand Geometric tolerancing.
* Experience with overhead gantry cranes
* IT literate
* Worked with automated tools.
* Worked with 5 axis machines (5 axis boring machines a benefit)
* understanding of how to build machine tools.
* Worked my Okuma, Siemens, Solaruce controls
* Machined large equipment before - anything more than 500 KG in mass.
* Worked with exotic metals such as Inconel 625, titanium, stainless steel, Haynes.
* Good attitude.
* Willing to be flexible.
