£10.35 per hour
Our client, a successful Engineering business is seeking a confident and versatile Administrator for a long-term role with a view to permanent, based within their Aftersales Department.
Candidate profile:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT ability particularly Microsoft packages
- Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think and process information quickly
The role will be assisting the sales team in admin support functions including speaking directly to incoming callers, updating database, daily use of Microsoft Packages, emailing information and providing support to customers.
The hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and Friday 8.30 am to 4.00 pm with half hour lunch. (39 per week).
