Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Shutdown Operations Focal Point on a contract basis. The position will be based in Hoofddorp. For further information about this position please apply.

  • Ensure safe and efficient delivery of Shutdown Operational requirements during the planning and execution phases as defined in the Shutdown Management Standard
  • Act as operational focal point for both asset team and shutdown team in relation to scope and deliverables
  • Role is for a minimum of 6 months
  • Role is ideal opportunity for existing Operational personnel to gain wider business exposure to support career progression via secondment

  • Ensure delivery of Nonroutine Operation programme for both the Stop and Start programme including Boundary Isolation Philosophy
  • Ensure delivery of Drain, Flush, Purge and Vent (DFPV) programme
  • Ensure delivery of leak testing programme
  • Act as Job Responsible Engineer (JRE) for Shutdown Operational activities to meet planning and scheduling requirements
  • Design and facilitate delivery of PSSR requirements
  • Provide operational input to shutdown scopes
  • Input to HSE plan, SIMOPS, scheduling and critical path activities
  • In conjunction with OIMs ensure base crew shutdown execution resourcing is managed
  • Coordinate delivery of above bullets utilising both existing on and offshore personnel and contract personnel. This includes office week OIM, SS and LMT resource and any seconded base crew or overtime base crew personnel

Education

  • Technical competencies for Operations / Maintenance professional
  • Experience of GMA activities either in Operations or Maintenance role
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP
  • Experience working within an Operations and Maintenance focused environment
  • Experience of TAR planning and execution
  • Previous experience of managing a team is beneficial
