Senior electrical Engineer (Real Estate / Properties)

We have an urgent opportunity for Senior Electrical Engineer position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• With minimum 10 years of experience in construction, fit out, and post contract projects within Real Estate industry direct working with contractors/clients or as representative.
• Extensive experience in cooling system, project management, engineering/electrical design, and execution of electrical works.
• Knowledge and experience in MS Office and technical application software.
• Good command of English (speaking, writing, reading & reporting).

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

• Responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of electrical systems, adhering to safety standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Expertise in electrical engineering principles, project management skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Coordinate the design and implementation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local, national, and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout all phases of the construction process, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Conduct detailed analysis and calculations to optimize electrical system performance and efficiency.
• Review and approve electrical drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications.
• Ensure that electrical installations meet regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
• Perform quality inspections and audits to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to mitigate risks and improve project outcomes.
• Lead a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors, providing mentorship, guidance, and support as needed.
