Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support our offshore fire detection systems client with creating and providing quotes to clients.
Candidates should have previous experience of working in a sales team and preparing quotes and also dealing with enquiries.
Based in Altens, the role will ideally be worked 5 days a week in the offices although there is some flexibility. 37.5 hours per week.

* Prepare and issue quotes to clients.
* Obtain quotes from vendors.
* Receive and process client orders.
* Coordinate transportation of goods to/from UK and European calibration facilities
* Prepare and submit invoices.
* Coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in sales administration
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word & Outlook)
* Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to foster strong relationships with customers and cross-functional team members.
* Prior experience in international transportation of goods is preferred but not essential.
