A dynamic new International Engineering EPC Joint Venture is seeking a high-caliber Process Head of Department to join our growing team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

About Us

Our client is at the forefront of Saudi Aramco's EPC National Champion program, delivering world-class engineering solutions for the Kingdom's industrial sector.

The Role

In this pivotal role, you will lead our Process Department, ensuring exceptional engineering work is delivered on schedule and within budget. You'll be responsible for managing a team, allocating resources, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Process Engineers.

  • Ensure all work meets high standards and adheres to budget constraints.

  • Develop and implement effective project schedules.

  • Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and skill development.


Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chartered Engineer status preferred).

  • 25+ years of experience in design engineering & construction.

  • 10+ years of experience managing people and projects.

  • Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on execution.

  • Extensive experience in the Oil & Gas and/or Low Carbon Energy Transition industry.

  • Familiarity with Saudi Aramco project requirements.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools.
