Job description

Our client has a current opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as Junior Project Manager. This is a full-time permanent position, based in Invergordon.

The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for assisting other project managers and engineers in the management of their projects. You will be an integral part of the Project Management Team, gaining a wide range of experience supporting projects at every stage from design conception to client handover. You will be ensuring that designated projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Day to day assistance to the senior project manager in the delivery of projects, outling goals, timelines and resource requirements.

  • Procure equipment and support the appointment of subcontractors.

  • Assist with site feasibility studies and site investigations.

  • Prepare and manage project execution plans and status reports.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and experience:

  • Project Management/Engineering qualification or working towards this - (Will also consider experience in place of qualification).

  • Knowledge of Project Management principles.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Resilient with the ability to multi-task as will be supporting multiple projects.

  • Full driving license is essential.
