Job description

INTERNAL SALES COORDINATOR

Our Oil & Gas client is looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to support their Aberdeen offices. Candidates should ideally have a background in Drilling Equipment and Consumable sales.

Responsibilities:
* Generate sales related documents including quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoices
* Respond to customer enquiries for product information, availability, order status and pricing in a timely manner
* Communicate order progress with customers
* Liaise with Distribution team to ensure correct products are supplied
* Support regional sales team
* Ensure responses are given within the required time frame
* Prices given in accordance with Company rules and customer agreements
* Ensure all relevant paperwork completed with the correct details and in accordance with quality procedures
* Ensure sales invoices are prepared in a timely & accurate manner
* Ensure deliveries are made to meet customer requirements

Experience & Qualifications:
* Secondary school qualifications
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Customer focus
* Understanding of deadline achievements
* Team Player
* Previous experience in the same or similar commercial discipline (or equivalent): Engineering/Drilling/Consumables/Oilfield/Customer Service
