Administrative Assistant

5-month initial contract with potential to extend

M-F 8am-5pm

Hybrid Schedule after database training onsite

$27/HR

Orion Group is hiring an Administrative Assistant to perform the initial administrative data, entry, management, and training associated with the Global Control of Work site configuration and implementation for our pharmaceutical client in North Chicago.

Administrative Assistant Day to day:

The bulk of this position will require a lot of data entry and interfacing with contractors to bring them up to speed on the new program. The Admin Assistant would train how to use the Global Change of Work site and set contractors up in the system.

The ideal candidate for this position should have great customer service, and data entry skills.

Administrative Assistant Top skills required:

· Microsoft office skills

· Know how to use Spreadsheets for tracking

· Customer Service oriented

· Training capabilities

· Data entry skills

· Basic project management skills

· Familiar with environmental safety

· Contractor interface

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

· Follow high level plan for the transfer of contractor data from current databases (Avetta) to new database (Control of Work).

· Set within database, the company and individual workforce qualification documentation requirements for contractors currently in use within the global network.

· Assist with the documentation upload requirements and training of new contractors being onboarded in conjunction with the site EHS leads.

· Ensure compliance with qualifications for each contractor, including contact of contractor company admins for compliance, documentation, and/or updates.

· Assist in development and implementation of specific Control of Work and T17 training material that allows for sustainable training of internal and external users.

· Organize contractor company and workforce qualification compliance dates into a system to ease administrative burdens to EHS teams after handover.
