Job description

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our client in offshore wind projects either at site in Eemshaven or the main office in Zoetermeer. For further information about this position please apply.

What You'll Do:

  • Report to the Logistics and Warehousing Lead, overseeing all warehouse operations.
  • Control the receiving, storage, and efficient distribution of goods for projects.
  • Ensure thorough documentation throughout the supply chain process and coordinate with various stakeholders including projects, suppliers, agents, and transport companies.
  • Optimize warehouse space utilization and equipment storage while maintaining digital records and upholding compliance with HSE guidelines.
  • Supervise the waste stream according to company guidelines and collaborate with the technical superintendent for equipment maintenance.
  • Support on recruitment.
  • Take the lead in employee coaching, and task assignment.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Offshore, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the marine/offshore sector.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations for the offshore industry
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office is beneficial.
  • Experience in engineering and design using CAD software.
  • Capable of effective communication, organized in workflow management, and attentive to finer points.
  • Good knowledge of the English language is a valuable asset.
  • Agile, forward-thinking, and pragmatic approach
