Training Specialist

M-F 8am-5pm

Hybrid (3days onsite, 2days remote-M,F)

$32-$35/HR based on benefits

North Chicago, IL

Orion Group is currently looking for an Training Specialist to work for our multinational pharmaceutical manufacturing client in North Chicago, IL.

The Training Specialist will be a utility player in GxP Training focusing on a curricula re-design project.

The project is to work with GxP employees across R&D to update curricula tied to their role.

Training requirements will be updating the Learning Management System (LMS) which will involve determining the type of role, curricula to be assigned, do a before/after analysis, and execute the changes in our LMS.

The Training Specialist will need to have skills in Excel such as text to columns, VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting, and formatting data for analysis to be successful in this role.

The Training Specialist will be identifying in the Excel report which training modules will be updated with new training content. When necessary, training credit will be entered into the LMS for individuals that already completed training in the past. Reporting on complete tasks will be performed by an to verify accuracy and completeness of each activity performed.

Some required skills the Training Specialist should have are:

· At Minimum they need medium expertise with Excel and LMS

· Bachelor's degree

· Organizational skills: Communication skills with all levels of the organization

· Customer service orientation

· Collaboration

· ComplianceWire administrator experience is a plus

· GxP knowledge is also highly preferred
