Job description

Orion Group Life Sciences are looking for a Training Coordinator for our Multinational Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology client based in Breda. Initial 6-month contract, with a high possibility of extension. This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days on site is expected. Open for 32-40 hours a week.

Role Summary

  • As a member of the Learning & Performance team, you will be responsible for an accurate training administration, and you will serve as training representative to internal clients and providing daily support to dedicated internal clients.
  • Under supervision you will assists the L&P Team with implementing and executing of training related tasks, policies and procedures at site.

Main Responsibilities of the role

  • Training Process and administration.
  • Facilitate trainings logistics, training administration and planning.
  • Serve as point of contact regarding use of LMS, its supporting systems as well as correct completion of training forms.
  • Provide training reports to clients.
  • Create, interpret and follow up on training metrics (KPIs).
  • Perform LMS Clean-up activities.
  • Manage the ABR L&P SharePoint site.
  • Support the development of training materials: e.g. web based (Rise) courses and revising of existing training materials.
  • Assist team members to ensure regulatory compliance and successful inspections outcome.
  • Provides daily support to dedicated clients.
  • Execute training assessments (LMS tracked documents).
  • Create and submit training requests.
  • Be the first point of contact for Learning and Performance questions and needs.
  • Confidential Human Resources.
  • Act as back-up for other roles in the team.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree/ MBO/MEAO; professional secretarial education/degree in (training) administration or equivalent.
  • Typically, 5+ years of related professional experience (including 2 years' experience in training administration and tracking management system) OR Bachelor's degree/HBO.
  • Maximum 2 years of related professional experience.
  • Business acumen: knowing the Biotechnology Industry and/or operations work environment.
  • Comprehensive MS Office experience.
  • Understanding of how systems support business processes.
  • Experience developing and implementing standard policies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple assignments at one time.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Independently understand, follow, and implement complex instructions.
  • Ability to use good judgment in making decisions.
  • Service minded.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Basic presentation and communication skills in small group settings.
  • Experience as a Training Coordinator.
