Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Technical Integrity Team Leader, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* Providing leadership in the above areas of functional delivery.
* Ensuring that PIMS, SIMS and CMS are implemented, and that same systems are subject to
* regular review and audit.
* Ensuring that IM deliverables for each discipline are defined and effectively planned and delivered to cost and schedule.
* Ensuring that Technical Authorities and Responsible Engineers deliver timely and cost-effective technical solutions and projects in the context of our life of field expectations.
* Making sure that our operating assets are provided with appropriate day-to-day operational technical support by each technical discipline.
* Maintaining support contracts to provide sufficient levels of support to the function as defined by Technical Authorities.
* Ensuring that Structural and Pipeline IM processes are delivered in accordance with documented management systems, and that visibility (through clear TA ownership) is maintained throughout each full lifecycle phase, in particular monitoring our MCDR planning and liquidation.
* Develop and maintain key technical interfaces with third party FPS contractors.
* Ongoing management of technical performance standards for FPS within the company's asset portfolio.
* FPS performance monitoring and audit against defined performance standards.
* Providing technical diligence on FPS capital investment projects (such as life extension projects).
* Development of technical integrity best practice, driving technical innovation and promotion of this with Integrity Enactment teams, FPS contractors and the wider company business.
* Technical development of functional Integrity Engineering resources, including the broadening of competence in existing resources to cover the full discipline scope.
* Champion a culture of Process Safety excellence at the company.
* Ensure that all relevant Regulations, Standards and Practices are applied within own area of responsibility.
* Ensure that standards of competence are met and maintained by all personnel within own area of responsibility.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Degree qualified or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline
* Chartered Engineer Status.
* Master's degree
* Marine engineering qualification
* Valid survival certificate and offshore medical.
