Job description

HSE:

  • Implementation of HSE requirements related to the service

Procurement:

  • Issuance of any procedures and execution plans within area of responsibility
  • Overall coordination of procurement, incl volatile items
  • Follow-up of Long Lead Items (LLI) from PO placement to delivery
  • Review and approval of documents issued by Contractors and Vendors,
  • Monitoring Contractor's Procurement performance - procurement, expediting, inspection and logistics during the execution of the project for quality and timely delivery
  • Vendors evaluation and selection, o Spare Parts management and procurement
  • Review Contractors and Vendors' mobilization for all phases of the project
  • Close out report and lessons learnt

Coordination and reporting:

  • Monitoring of Procurement resources on the Project
  • Ensure Procurement progress reporting and risk reporting.

Deliverables:

  • SURF Package Procurement referential.
  • SURF Package Procurement monitoring plan.
  • SURF Package Procurement periodical reporting.
  • Final report

Technical Requirements:

  • Advanced expertise in Oil & Gas Industry with large scale projects & complex environment,
  • Expertise in procurement, logistics and supply chain,
  • English is the main language of the service,
  • Part of the service will require worldwide mobility
