Job description
Context
Development studies for Block 20/11 are performed by the GPI, which is a multi-disciplinary and dedicated structure, acting on behalf of the Affiliate in accordance to HQ processes in terms of methodology and governance. This choice is justified by project context, field complexity and the overall project schedule (Fast track project, 5 years from farm-in and operatorship transfer to First Oil).
Activities
HSE:
o Implementation of HSE requirements related to the service
o Promotion of a high standard of HSE leadership and culture
o Rolling-out of HSE awareness events and initiatives, support to the Package team for all HSE aspects o Assistance in Risk Management process and review of design from HSE point of view
o Organisation of joint HSE tours and follow-up of findings
o Organisation of pre-fabrication surveys, identification of HSE criticalities, environmental sensitive areas and design mitigation measures
o HSE Readiness Reviews prior to mobilization on worksites and offshore
o HSE operational risk analyses prior to the execution of operations/tasks
o Implementation of HSE Management System;
o Implementation of environmental and societal requirements;
o Follow-up of development, management and improvement of Project HSE Management System on each worksite and offshore throughout all phases of the package
o Review and approval of all Contractor's required HSE deliverables
o HSE audits through HSE inspections, self-assessments and audits
Coordination and reporting:
- Monitoring of HSE resources on the Project
- Follow-up of HSE training needs and progress
- Coordination of the activities of the SURF HSE personnel
- Preparation of Project HSE reporting
Deliverables
- SURF Package HSE referential
- SURF Package HSE monitoring plan
- SURF Package HSE periodical reporing
- Final report
Technical Requirements
- Advanced expertise in in Oil & Gas Industry with large scale projects & complex environment,
- Expertise in HSE related to onshore fabrication and offshore installation,
- English is the main language of the service,
- Part of the service will require worldwide mobility
