Job description

We have an immediate need for an experienced Supply Chain Manager. In this role, you will manage a team of buyers and all supply chain activities (logistics, NDA, price negotiations, supplier performance) for existing and new product launches. You will be responsible for third party development and qualification for new technologies (Rights and IP agreements) and will help develop and deploy lean principles and drive continuous improvement across the entire Supply Chain Organization. To achieve this, you will use key process indicators to improve the value stream in the supply chain network for quality, on time delivery and costs

Job description
* Manage a team of buyers and all supply chain activities (logistics, NDA, price negotiations, supplier performance) for existing and new product launches.
* Third party development and qualification for new technologies (Rights and IP agreements).
* Develop and deploy lean principles and drive continuous improvement across the entire Supply Chain Organization
* Use key process indicators to improve the value stream in the supply chain network for quality, on time delivery and costs

You are meant for this job if
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
* 10+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership, understanding of supply chain transactional procurement, negotiation skills, analytics, logistics, strategic sourcing, building effective relationships, and an understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
* Technical knowledge in machining (& additive mfg), hydraulics, electronics, and OSV processes (preferred)
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (verbal and written)
* Experience in Project Management and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
* Ability to maintain highly confidential information, use of discretion, and business ethics
* Current Position manages 8 direct reports
* Reports to Director of Operations
* Works frequently with Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Quality dept, Shipping and Receiving, and Manufacturing & Product engineering
