Job description

We have an urgent opportunity for Senior Contracts Engineer position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in contracts and 5 years in senior/lead role particularly in Oil & Gas industry managing major projects and execution of business management including project controls, cost and schedule development, tender preparation, and contract management in EPC contractors/clients, mainly in upstream & downstream activities.
  • Extensive experience in Contracts Engineering, understanding of tender law, tender procedures, claims, bidding, and pre award / post ward projects.
  • Strong management skills, planning, leadership, communication, technical skills, contracts, problem solving, controlling and interaction with PMT department teams.
  • Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office, ERP system software & technical program.
  • Advanced level in Contracts Technical competencies.
  • Good command of English (speaking, writing, reading & reporting).

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Provides analysis and execute full cycle of projects & technical Services at RPI & Plastics, including but not limited to contract preparation, tender specifications, business demands, technical and commercial standards.
  • Perform the development of tender specifications for Projects & technical Contracts in line with business expectations, risk perspective and applicable laws.
  • Execute the full contract cycle from pre-award / post-award projects including tendering, bidding board approvals.
  • Conduct negotiations with vendors, contractors, clients considering project quality and cost.
  • Maintain compliance with HSE in all activities and projects of the company.
  • Report on contract specific indicators and KPI's to relevant stakeholders within the procurement function, upstream, and downstream functions.
