Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Information Management / Document Control on a long term contract basis. The position will be based in London.
Temp Hire - Information Management / Document Control
Description of Assignment:
- Develop a sharepoint structure for the UK offshore wind operational assets, scalable to new projects and aligned with the needs of the JV asset managers. This must ensure correct access to, and classification of, information.
- Ensure the information management system is in line with relevant governing documents and manages project information, records and data in a compliant, secure and traceable way.
- Review the information within the existing document structure and transfer relevant documents from the existing structure across to the new structure.
- Prepare guidelines for document and access control and a user manual for the sharepoint site.
Work Related Competence:
- At least 3 years experience in a project services, document control or information management role.
- Experience in setting up sharepoint sites.
- A structured approach with an eye for detail.
