In this role, you'll:

  • Lead and oversee all Civil and Structural engineering activities on various projects.
  • Prepare and review engineering documents, specifications, and designs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
  • Participate in client and vendor meetings, ensuring project requirements are met.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, delivering projects on time and within budget.



We're looking for someone with:

  • A minimum HNC or degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience in design engineering and plant design environments.
  • A proven track record of leading Civil & Structural engineering projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with UK, American, and European design codes.
  • Proficiency in engineering software like Staad Pro, Tekla Building Designer, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in energy transition projects.
  • Experience in offshore projects.
  • Site experience.
