Orion Partner Plus are delighted to have been retained by a global leader in Advanced Air Filtration solutions. We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiatic Sales Leader to be based remotely and cover North Germany region. The mission of this role is to drive sales of products and technical solutions within the designated area, following strategic guidelines and company procedures.

Position Objective

The Sales Leader is responsible for achieving annual sales and marketing goals in Northern Germany for Environmental Products (Industrial Air Quality) equipment and aftermarket businesses. This includes working with agents, resellers, OEMs, and end users to find the most profitable routes to market.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute the Sales and Marketing plan for the Industrial Air Quality business unit within the assigned region.

  • Develop relationships with new customers through meetings, presentations, and seminars.

  • Plan and direct regional business activities to exceed sales goals.

Order Development:

  • Manage regional sales activities to meet growth plans.

  • Provide monthly 3-12 month rolling Bookings Forecast.

  • Implement sales promotions and marketing programs.

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce.

  • Serve as a regional contact for customer inquiries, provide quotations, and support.

  • Handle custom product inquiries while promoting standard products.

Sales Agent / Reseller / OEM / End User Management:

  • Exceed sales quotas by managing individual Agent/ Reseller/ OEM/ End User performance.

  • Train and manage these partners to submit accurate information.

  • Work with the IAQ Sales Director to optimize regional market division.

Business Development:

  • Collaborate with partners and engineers to specify AAF products in future projects.

  • Participate in technical and commercial discussions with customers.

  • Find and manage suitable regional OEMs.

  • Focus on key markets for new opportunities.

  • Recommend distribution channels for new uses and markets.

Technical Requirements:

  • Understanding of sales costing/pricing principles and filtration systems.

  • Experience with commercial risk management.


  • Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in Air Pollution Control.

  • Independent working capability with minimal supervision.

  • Proficient in using software packages, preferably Salesforce.

Education Requirement:

  • Essential: Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Desirable: HNC/Level 4 in an Engineering discipline.
