Position Overview:

As a Safety Administrator, you will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining a culture of safety within the construction project. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the safety department, assisting in the implementation and execution of safety programs and initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the safety and success of a dynamic construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records, reports, and documentation.
Compliance: Ensure that safety protocols and regulations are consistently followed by all team members.
Training: Assist in organizing safety training sessions and orientations for construction personnel.
Incident Reporting: Act as a point of contact for incident reporting, investigating, and documenting incidents when they occur.
Safety Audits: Participate in safety audits and inspections, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.
Data Analysis: Analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Safety Supplies: Manage and distribute safety equipment and supplies.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the safety department and project teams.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a safety-related role, preferably in the industrial construction, hydro-complex, petrochemical industry.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
