We're seeking a passionate Quantum Scientist to join a growing team and shape the future of quantum technologies.

What You'll Do:

Be at the forefront of innovation, designing, building, testing, and analyzing experiments in quantum communication, sensing, and precision navigation.
Bridge the gap between theory and reality, transforming cutting-edge research into practical applications.
Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and scientists to unlock the full potential of quantum technologies.
Share your knowledge through proposals, publications, presentations, and briefings for both internal and external audiences.

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a Bachelor's degree (with 4-8 years of experience) or a Master's degree (with 2-6 years of experience) in physics, applied physics, engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus!
Possesses a strong research background in areas like integrated photonics, quantum optics, or quantum information science.
Thrives on tackling complex challenges and developing innovative solutions.
Has experience building and testing software prototypes, with strong analytical and computational skills.
Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Is a team player, eager to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving projects.

Bonus Points for:

Holding a Ph.D. in a relevant field.
Extensive experience in quantum sensing or quantum information technology.
Knowledge of quantum networks, communication protocols, and related software.
Familiarity with photonic simulation tools and microfabrication techniques.
Proficiency in scientific coding, data analysis, and visualization tools (MATLAB, Python, etc.)
Experience with photonic packaging processes.

Security Clearance:

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance is required (no clearance needed to start).
