Quality Systems Specialist

Location: North Chicago, IL (Once the candidate is trained and demonstrates the ability and commitment to work independently, it is possible to work off-site for 2 of 5 days/week.)

Contract Length: Through to April 2024

Pay: $29 - $34

Work Schedule: Normal first shift working hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm

Quality Systems Specialist

The candidate is responsible for providing quality assurance support for compendia monitoring program.

Responsibilities:

• Review of proposed and official compendia updates
• Create records to document compendia updates and assign tasks in Soltraqs to the impacted areas
• Submit change requests to update records impacted by the compendia updates
• Review compendia records with impacted areas at monthly meeting

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

• Life sciences degree
• 5+ years of experience
• Soltraqs/Trackwise experience
• SAP experience with material search
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice to have:

• A candidate with previous experience with compendia or analytical background
