Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Quality Administrator, based in Aberdeen on a Part Time basis for up to 6 months.

Responsibilities:
* Administration and maintenance of the Company Business Management System (BMS) including the coordinating the review and approval of BMS documentation. Uploading documents into the BMS and maintaining native files and records of review.
* Developing draft procedures from existing documentation. Proofreading procedures, checking for procedural cross-functional impact and coordinating the resolution of any conflicts.
* Administration of the company QHSE Intranet Site.
* Verifying format, logos and document classification/properties on all documents in the database.
* Collect and input data into HSEQ databases to and generate monthly QHSE KPI reports to provide timely updates to management.
* Collaborates with other departments on special projects related to company documentation.
* Coordination of departmental activities.
* Any other duties related to Quality as required.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Proficient in MS Office, Sharepoint and Adobe Acrobat
* Possesses strong organisational and communication skills
* Able to prioritise tasks and work on multiple projects
* Effective problem-solving skills
* Experience with Miro is beneficial but not mandatory
