Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Procurement Buyer to join our team in Portland, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills and effective communication with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate closely with contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive bids.
Develop procurement strategies for each project.
Create bid packages based on the scope of work and procurement strategies.
Review proposals and prepare commercial bid comparisons.
Collaborate with project managers, engineering, legal, finance, and stakeholders.
Follow the CIPM methodology for project management.
