Job description

Orion Group Life Sciences are looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager for our Pharmaceutical client based in the Haarlem Area. Initial 6-month contract.

What will you do
Will be required to manage and Coordinate the activities in relation to 3 main areas:

  1. Product Launch - Coordinate areas/ teams in launching new products.
  2. Site Transfers of products.
  3. Material changes due to supplier or product element changes.

Desired Experience and Background of the successful candidate

  • Manages all aspects of a diverse supply chain project or multiple projects, typically involving multiple disciplines in the Supply Chain function.
  • Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
  • Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist.
  • Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff.
  • Works independently.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience.
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
  • Works independently; receives minimal guidance.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Undergraduate/BA/BS degree in applicable discipline and 3-5 Years of related experience.
