Location: Waukegan, IL (on-site) or Fully Remote (CST hours required)

Contract Length: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $32-36/hr including individual healthcare coverage

PURPOSE:

The Project Manager will meaningfully contribute to the US Commercial Compliance team with data analysis, communication and coaching, metrics reporting, and day-to-day operations for Free Text, Samples, and Peer to Peer Monitoring.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect, compile, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources, simultaneously for review by commercial, legal, and Office of Ethics and Compliance management.
  • Maintain outstanding level of oral and written communication when addressing daily operational compliance inquiries from customer facing and home office personnel.
  • Monitor, identify, and report on trends within Free Text, Samples, and Peer to Peer monitoring data, including presenting to the Office of Ethics and Compliance, Commercial, and Legal partners.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation of Free Text, Samples, and Peer to Peer operational tasks and provide regular updates and records reviews.
  • Approach business challenges with the US Commercial Compliance team in multiple ongoing projects and other ad hoc assignments as needed.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Office of Ethics and Compliance, Financial Compliance and Legal stakeholders to resolve complex compliance issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience required in business, finance, or related field.
  • Highly analytical with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact directly with customer facing personnel and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Ideally, extensive experience in pharma compliance in the U.S.
  • Ability to manage several workflows simultaneously and coordinate with corresponding SMEs as necessary.
  • Intense curiosity and persistence to understand both big picture and important details.
  • Must have substantial MS office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (pivot table experience needed for excel), SharePoint, and Power BI
  • Motivated self-starter with proven success in an interactive and remote team environment requiring a low level of supervision.
