Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Project Delivery Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Woking with a leading engineering consultancy that is responsible for global projects.

Responsibilities:
Oversees project team, including project engineering managers, project engineers, and third parties, ensuring the delivery of Pre-FEED, FEED, or Detailed Design projects within budget and schedule, adhering to corporate and client HSSE and Quality standards. Manages the entire project lifecycle from Feasibility to Detail engineering, leading decision gates and approvals. Provides leadership in HSSE and QA/QC, approves project plans, and supports audits. Responsible for project resourcing, mobilization, and budget management. Approves Project Execution Plan and coordinates technical reviews. Supervises project personnel, making management, commercial, and technical decisions. Majority of time focused on supervision, planning, coordination, critical approvals, and meetings.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering; Chartered Status preferred
Significant project management experience in Oil and Gas Industry
Experience in managing FEED and Detailed Design projects
Strong understanding of contract terms & conditions
Knowledge of international equipment specifications and codes
Familiarity with standard international specifications and codes
Thorough knowledge of Safety and Quality procedures
Excellent understanding of planning and project controls
