* Lead and define the technical and engineering strategy for the project, ensuring cost-effective delivery within budget and program constraints.
* Contribute to robust Capex assumptions and contingency planning, driving financial and operational success.
* Provide expert guidance on time, cost, safety, quality, and interfaces throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate with diverse stakeholders like project team, procurement, onshore support, external designers, and contractors.
* Manage risk, mitigation strategies, and ensure HSE/CDM compliance.
* Foster effective communication and knowledge transfer within the project team.
* Drive project progress by preparing technical reports, managing budgets, and coordinating certification processes.
Who We Seek:
* Degree-qualified engineer with substantial experience and knowledge of offshore wind project development.
* Proven track record in contract and subcontractor management.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Strong technical understanding of complex offshore operations.
* Adept at collaboration in a multidisciplinary and international team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
