A vacancy has arisen within Site Services, FM and Estates Management for a Stores Operator. The purpose of the post is to provide a stores service. The job holder will be responsible for the receipt, storage and despatch of site orders.
Key responsibilities:
RIC Bay - Accept deliveries, scan, put into cages and deliver
Bulk items for Stores to be delivered to Stores binned area
Fuel Pumps - checking withdrawals and checking stock
Assisting all other Logistic areas as and when required
Escort deliveries.
Maintain, issue and monitor stocks including stocktaking and gas cylinders.
Operate within Safety Management Systems, i.e. Permit to Work, Standard Operating Procedures and SSOW.
Interface with customers and answer enquiries.
Operate ancillary equipment such as fork lift trucks and LGV's, etc.
Undertake general housekeeping and cleanliness.
Perform the responsibilities of Management Appointments relevant to the post.
Experience
Basic skills in numeracy and literacy
Full UK Drivers Licence
