Job Title
Operations Secretary

Job Description
* Full secretarial and ancillary support
* Commercial support - logging, processing and administrating financial activities
* Implementation and admin of management systems
* Administration of risk management system
* Compiling reports, memo's, minutes, departmental presentations and documents
* Control of all technical documentation
* Billing of ROV tooling
* Raising and logging related ICPO's
* Processing department expenses
* Tracking of all ROV audits (includes monitoring all outstanding actions)
* Organising annual seminars / conferences
* Providing PO spend summary of assets on a monthly basis
* Dealing with project enquires and disputes
* ROV Insurance - annual actuals and forecasts
* ROV breakdown / availability statistics
* Assist in raising purchase orders based on requisition data
* Calendar management for Manager & Connected Assets Director - organising meetings
* Tracking of all internal training courses

Suitability

* Similar work experience and/or formal secretarial qualification
* Good knowledge of Microsoft software packages - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
* Good keyboard skills and sound working knowledge of software packages
