Job description


Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Operations Coordinator, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for understanding and applying all HSE policies and requirements, to prevent injury to self or others.
* Responsible for delivery of a maintenance/repair/refurbishment activity to the internal customer (project team), working across multiple functions (planning, engineering, procurement, quality control) to deliver in line with customer requirement
* Responsible for managing the repair/modification process through the ERP - visit, WO, operation management.
* Responsible for updating key stakeholders on progress and escalating where the company is at risk of delivery or a quality issue.
* Responsible for the management of lifting equipment and alignment with vendor that the lifting gear register is accurately maintained.
* Responsible for driving planning and coordination efforts to reduce repair lead-times through the workshop.
* Responsible for initiating OSP Requirements for any subcontractors.
* Responsible for assessing the financial impact and cost benefits of rework, replacement or substitution of tools or components.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Demonstrate an understanding of Manufacturing Processes.
* Demonstrate ERP (Oracle) experience.
* Have experience using Microsoft Applications.
* Have good attention to detail.
