Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Offshore Subsea Supervisors, based Offshore.

Responsibilities:
* Input to offshore test, installation and recovery POA's/work instructions for:
o Surface & Subsea XT, Wellhead & mudline systems and associated tooling.
o Conductor and casing operations.
o Subsea & Surface riser systems.
o Subsea test tree operations.
o ROV Systems.
o WOCS Systems.
* Main offshore focal point for subsea service providers and ensure the participate in reviewing POAs's/work instructions.
* Support offshore DSV's in updating lookaheads and DDRs.
* Participate in audits and inspections as required.
* In conjunction with the drilling engineer ensure all Well Handover documents throughout the operations are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
* In conjunction with the drilling engineer ensure post-operations report and implement lessons learned into the end of well report.
* Witness all Subsea & Surface testing and sign off when required.
* Ensure all tooling is fit for purpose prior to running and all pre and post running checklists are signed off.
* Manage all subsea rental tooling and equipment requirements offshore and ensure equipment is loaded out and back loaded when operations dictate.
* Possible onshore work scope will include the following:
o Participate in FAT/ SIT / HUFT operations and interface testing.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Demonstrated capacity of team leadership and supervision
* Qualification mechanical engineering or vocational training with extensive engineering / operations experience with major wellhead / tree supplier with proven track record.
* Relevant experience (minimum) in wellhead/ tree engineering/ operations and site supervision.
* IWCF Well Control Certification preferred but not required.
* Offshore survival.
* Current medical
* MIST Training
