Category: Client Representative Foundations (Medior Level)

Description:

  • We are seeking 12 Client Representatives, with 6 starting on May 1st and the remaining 6 starting on June 1st.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate daily activity records throughout the execution phase.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with approved procedures and risk assessments.
  • Proactively oversee safety and quality management by the contractor.
  • Exhibit behavior aligned with organizational values.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety throughout installation.

Tasks:

  • Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) as necessary.
  • Review and comprehend Risk Assessments/Method Statements and QHSE documents before execution phase begins.
  • Attend daily meetings, toolbox talks, and other discussions to oversee safe and quality work execution.
  • Act as a witness during key activities and when safe, access all work areas.
  • Participate in safety walks with HSE representatives from contractor organizations.
  • Participate in relevant inspections and complete handover documentation.

Deliverables:

  • Daily recording of execution on contractor installation vessels.
  • DPRs.
  • Walkdown reports.
  • Handover documentation.
  • Conduct visual inspections of offshore work in progress to ensure compliance with approved Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • GWO Basic Safety Training:
  • Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling.
  • OGUK Medical certificate including Chester Step Test, or approved equivalent.
  • Proficiency in IT (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet).
  • Strong focus on quality and safety.
  • Fluent in spoken, written, and reading English.
  • Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to express opinions while maintaining positive working relationships.
  • US address.

Recommended (for offshore scopes):

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in onshore or offshore construction, preferably with Foundation or WTGs.
  • Marine awareness qualifications.
  • IOSH Managing Safely or similar HSE training recommended.
  • Experience with offshore heavy lifts and transporting heavy loads preferred.
  • Experience with quality inspections and documentation preferred.
  • Experience as a Client Rep in Ørsted offshore wind projects preferred.
  • Experience in Foundation Installation as a Client Rep preferred.

Rotation:

  • Expected rotation of 4 weeks on followed by 4 weeks off, subject to change based on vessel movements and scope duration.
