Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Occupational Health Administrator on a temporary basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.

Responsibilities:

General Administration:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all general inquiries to the department, whether received via email, mail, or in person.
  • Manage all administrative aspects of the clinic, adhering to established processes and protocols.
  • Coordinate booking appointments and arranging meetings or meeting rooms as required.
  • Facilitate communication with specialists for updates on outstanding reports.

Finance:

  • Act as the departmental focal point for financial-related services.
  • Process invoices and credit notes through Shell systems in accordance with company policies.

Records Management:

  • Manage all aspects of current and legacy archived medical records.
  • Record DSAR/legal requests on spreadsheets and facilitate clinician sign-off.
  • Ensure all required information is provided and process requests per company protocols.
  • Compile files for doctor review, complete document release checklists, and send to appropriate parties.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ideally suited to an experienced medical administrator, preferably with a background in occupational health.
  • Alternatively, may suit an experienced GP/hospital medical administrator with strong customer service and medical administrative skills.
  • Proficient in modern electronic file management systems.
