Marine Operation Senior Engineer - Join Eni Progetti's Global Team (Hybrid/Remote)

Our client, a leading engineering company supporting the global projects of their parent Operator, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marine Operation Senior Engineer to join our team in Basingstoke.

The Opportunity

In this full-time role, you will play a key role in supporting the design and execution of offshore installations for our global projects. You will leverage your expertise in marine operations to ensure the safe and efficient installation of fixed platforms, pipelines, subsea structures, and floating production facilities (FPSOs, FLNGs).

This is a hybrid/remote position with 8 days per month spent in our architect-designed office located near Basingstoke station. We offer a competitive hourly rate (negotiable) and a supportive work environment with a subsidized canteen and coffee facilities.

Who You Are

  • A highly skilled engineer with a proven track record in the design and follow-up of offshore installation engineering documentation.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of load-out, transportation, installation, pre-commissioning, and hook-up procedures for various offshore structures, including fixed platforms, sealines, umbilicals, subsea structures, and floaters.
  • Proven experience in preparing and reviewing T&I ITT packages (including installation outline procedures) and managing technical clarifications with installation bidders.
  • A strong track record of seagoing experience as an Installation Contractor Project Operation Engineer and/or Company Representative.
  • Experience in actively participating in project's HAZID (Hazard Identification) studies is a requirement.
