Job description

Our client is looking for a Manifolds and Tie-In System Installation Lead to be responsible, within the CPI and Subsea Package of the project, for all activities related to Subsea Manifolds, the tie-in system and the onshore/subsea valves and the chemical injection metering valves, specifically during Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Testing and final delivery. As such, the job holder is responsible for:
· The development and update of the internal documentation related to this equipment (Project Specifications, drawings, etc.);
· The development of the detailed engineering performed by Contractor(s) (control of Contractors' documentation with regards to specifications and contractual requirements);
· The management of engineering interfaces with other concerned disciplines or packages (e.g. Installation, Operations, etc.);
· The validation of mechanical completion, tests and qualification status of the manifolds, the tie-in system and the CPI valves.
He/She shall remain, during the construction / installation / commissioning phases, the correspondent for any occurring problem related to manifolds, tie-in system and valves and any advice to be given, or technical deviation request to be analyzed and answered.

The job holder shall liaise permanently with other technical engineers in order to ensure adequacy and consistency of the technical solutions and, more generally, of the development of production and MEG manifolds, the tie-in system and the CPI valves within the whole design of facilities.

The job holder shall coordinate with the fabrication team onsite to ensure that all engineering, procurement, construction and testing activities performed by contractors are completed in a timely manner and are to the required level of completion for their final delivery. The job holder shall coordinate with the inspection teams onsite to ensure that all preservation, maintenance and mobilization activities performed by CPI contractors are completed in a timely manner and are to the required quality level of completion for their final delivery.

The job holder participates to the achievement of the CPI team objectives in terms of HSE, quality, costs and schedule.

Minimum 15 years in the execution phase of subsea projects and minimum 5 years in a technical coordination role.


Ability to multi-task and work as part of small and flexible team, adopting a pragmatic approach to problem solving situations.


Availability to work at site and in-country.
Fluid communicator capable to represent the project in front of third parties and other stakeholders in a professional and organized manner.
Fluent in English. French and Portuguese as a bonus.
