Job Title: Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Invergordon
Contract: Full Time / Permanent - 38hrs per week

Job Details:
The Team Leader - Maintenance will be responsible for leading, developing and managing of all maintenance operations to ensure the delivery of key results whilst adhering to all relevant and legislative requirements.
Working alongside production and project engineers they must be able to define a problem then scope, design and deliver a safe, cost-effective solution. You will be required to work on own or as part of a team depending on task. As well as creation of documentation and appraise proposals for work through our Safe Systems of Work to ensure a safe and sustainable environment and to agreed cost, quality and efficiency KPI targets.
The role is responsible for ensuring maximum plant availability at the Invergordon site, and Maturation as well as meeting all regulatory compliance requirements.
Ensure maintenance teams always have the right number of people to do the jobs, the correct headcount for the department and time manage breaks and lunches in accordance with Client policy.
Implement best practice processes and procedures maximising effectiveness whilst maintaining strong interface with Process, maturation, and project engineering.
Lead the maintenance team ensuring successful implementation of the planned maintenance and continuous improvement strategies by translating them into achievable and actionable plans.
Provide motivation and direction to the team by encouraging and supporting the achievement of goals through coaching, feedback, recognition and role model the right behaviours aligned to our values.

Requirements:
HND or Degree qualified in a relevant engineering subject or time qualified in a similar industry (For example Oil & Gas/ Pharmaceuticals) is essential.
Relatable maintenance work experience is essential.
Experience managing multi-skilled maintenance teams is essential.
Full UK driving license is essential.
