Learning Systems and Programme Coordinator

Orion Group are sourcing a Learning Systems and Programme Coordinator on behalf of our client, a global leader in the delivery of offshore projects and services, on a permanent basis in Sutton, London.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage first line queries from the Learning inbox
  • Produce reports from our LMS and opinion survey systems
  • Set up training events in the LMS and upload attendance from the training sessions
  • Work with the Learning Systems Specialist to assist in the system set up of our group campaigns for performance, employee opinion survey, talent reviews and mandatory learning
  • Update the SharePoint Pages
  • Coordinate in person training events for our group programmes

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a matrix organisation
  • Has worked in a Learning and Development function
  • Professional Development evident
  • Experience with data sets
  • Ability to coordinate events, both in person and virtual
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Some LMS (learning management system) experience
